Penelope (plush toy) is Barbie Rapunzel's dragon friend. She talks, roars, and flaps her wings. When you press on her chest her wings flap and she says a few different phrases. Penelope the Talking Purple Dragon 2002 Mattel from Rapunzel Barbie Movie. She measures approximately 12" in height and 14" from toes to tip of tail. Will require 3 AA batteries as they are not included. Looks almost new. Comes from a smoke free home. Serious buyers only should inquire about a price.
