Operating room products company with great corporate culture seeks an experienced administrative / customer service candidate.
The candidate hired for this position will be focused on customer service duties as well as supporting the efforts of inside sales and field based clinical application specialists.
The position will begin with answering and routing incoming calls and managing incoming customer service calls. You will also develop price quotes as requested, return/initiate calls and interact closely with the entire sales and office team. You will ultimately play a major role assisting in and coordinating logistics management for our growing national field based clinical applications specialists.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
We are looking for someone with the initiative and passion for doing the job right the first time and the flexibility for working with a growing small business. You will have great multi-tasking skills, will be organized and will be experienced in using the classic MS Office suite programs. Experience working with a CRM system will be a plus.
Previous customer service experience must be a significant part of a progressive accomplishment oriented work history. Your multi-tasking ability, positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding work ethic will mix well with our corporate culture.
