Customer Service Representative is responsible to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Answers daily correspondence via telephone and email.
Provides order assistance and product information.
Assists customers daily with the full order cycle, from order entry to fulfillment.
Creates and sends invoices, quotes prices, and advises customers of product availability.
Investigates and resolves problems and complaints of varying complexity regarding fulfillment (claims, late shipments, back-orders, as well as erroneous, damaged, or lost shipments).
Documents and communicates customer feedback and complaints regularly.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2-5 years of customer service, order taking or related experience in a consumer products or manufacturing environment. Consumer products environment preferred.
Experience working with an ERP system preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills a must.
