The LP-2020A+ dominated the mini amp arena with the popular Tripath TA2020 chip amp. Due to the scarcity of the Tripath TA2020 amp chip, Lepai phased out this very popular amp and replaced the chip with A TI part. However, we have three originals left! These mini amp produce efficient audio, with extremely low distortion, and runs cool. A 12 VDC, 2A power supply is included with the new amps, which is ample power to drive almost any speaker.
Connections: To get started, just plug in your power supply, connect speaker wire between your speakers and the spring loaded terminals on the back panel. You can utilize either the 3.5 mm AUX input or stereo RCA jacks, for your input source.
Controls. The unit features separate bass and treble controls or push the "Direct" button to bypass this circuit for a more pure listening experience. The oversized front knob controls the volume smoothly and is encircled by an array of blue light.
Mounting: Mounting tabs on the sides of this amp make it easy to securely mount this amp into turnkey DIY projects.
