Used electric smoker with dual 110V electric hot plate. Smoker is 31" L x 22" W x 36" D with four corner wheels for moveability, 2 Rheostat knob switches for temperature control, latching door, vented all around (door, top, back, both sides), 11' heavy duty grounded power cord, 2 removable heavy duty metal shelves with drip vents and a hanger bar.
Accessories: Temperature thermometer, 2 metal hot plate bowls, 4 metal cookie sheets (assorted sizes), brine bucket, marinade injector, spray bottle, cutting board, 15" tongs, 17" spatula, personal instructions folder for smoking fish.
