All appliances work and in good condition, Interior is in good condition with Minimal wear.
Has ducted furnace, and ducted air conditioner. Has insulated floor and walls. Has fresh, gray, and black water holding tanks. Heavy duty rear mounted rack to haul firewood or generator.
Spare tire. Electric brakes on both 3500lb axles and are on excellent working order. Many new parts including... 1 month old battery, Water pump, (4) complete electronic brake assemblies, Wheel bearings and Tires- less than 450 miles on them.
Trailer takes 2 5/16” ball, can easily be pulled with 1/2-ton truck. Dry weight 4850lbs. Recommend using weight distribution hitch.
The awning fabric will need to be replaced at some point. All hardware comes with trailer
