The Center for Stroke & Hand Recovery, an outpatient neurological rehabilitation clinic in Solon, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Our clinic specializes in personalized, one-on-one care for patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, and orthopedic injuries, with a strong focus on restoring function, mobility, and independence. In this role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy for patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, including stroke, balance and gait impairments, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one treatment sessions, implementing therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular re-education, tracking patient progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
