Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candides for a Human Resources Manager position  Cleveland Clinic loced in Cleveland, OH. As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for your assigned account.   This position is also responsible for providing management and administrion of several imperive HR processes and will provide leadership and support to managers and employees throughout the organizion. Will assist in identifying best practices and organizional efficiencies, as well as mentor and train line managers to accurely apply human resource policies and programs within the unit.

COMPENSATION: The salary re for this position is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00.  If both numbers are the same, th is the amount th Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estime of the compension for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, development, coaching, incentives, and disciplinary procedures.
• Issue resolution, follow up and recommendions for account employee relions issues including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigion and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretion
• Cree and implement internal HR processes and procedures within ARAMARK guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulions.
• Employee Engagement Initiives ? Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, corpore engagement and celebrion activities point of contact/coordinor, 
• Develop and advise innovive employee motivion and morale programs.
• Talent Acquisition ? corpore Accelere to Leadership and Step up to Leadership  point of contact
• HR metrics reporting and analysis
• Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed
• On-boarding programs and initiives
• Union and labor relions
• Lead interns and HR administrive office workers in continual improvement of HR Processes.

Qualificions

• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certificion preferred. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applicions is required.
• Human Resources planning and organizional development experience desired.
• Must have a minimum of 5-7years of experience in Human Resources
• Ideal candides will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrion, Human Resources or the equivalent
• Employment relions experience including conducting investigions and resolution development required.
• Proven ability to effectively interact, communice and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Ability to train and make presentions will also be required.
• Proven ability to effectively interact, communice and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
• Solid understanding of financial and business objectives and analytical/problem solving skills.
• Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Must take initiive to improve processes as needed
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situions where only limited standardizion exists
