The machine will need to be removed by the buyer at their own expense and arrangement. Since it does not run, you will need proper equipment, a trailer, winch, rollback, or heavy hauling setup capable of moving it safely. Please make sure you understand what is involved before reaching out. I simply do not have the equipment or time to load or transport it myself.
Although it is currently non running, these older Lull forklifts are known for being heavy built and durable machines. Depending on the buyer’s mechanical knowledge, this could make a good restoration project, a source for parts, or possibly be repaired and put back into service. Many people use older forklifts like this around farms, construction sites, industrial yards, salvage operations, or property maintenance once repaired.
The diesel engine is complete from what I can tell, but again I have not attempted to diagnose or repair the machine. I do not want to mislead anyone, so I am being upfront that I cannot guarantee condition, functionality, hours, or specific mechanical details. It has been sitting for some time and should be considered a project or parts machine until fully inspected.
The forklift itself is very heavy duty and built from a time when equipment was designed to handle serious work. There are likely still many usable parts, components, cylinders, drivetrain pieces, hydraulic parts, and steel value alone for someone familiar with this type of machinery. Buyers involved in equipment repair, salvage, heavy equipment, farming, or fabrication may find value here.
I am also open to trades depending on what you have available. I would consider trading for a zero turn mower, adult hunting related items, Honda or Yamaha ATVs, utility quads, outdoor equipment, or similar items of value. I am open minded to reasonable trade offers as long as they are practical and useful.
This is not a perfect machine or a ready to work forklift, but it could be a great opportunity for the right person who knows older equipment or needs parts for another Lull unit. I would prefer dealing with serious buyers who understand heavy equipment and know what they are looking at.
