H&M Landscaping is growing fast and looking for hardworking Crew Members and experienced Crew Leaders to join our team. We service high-end commercial and residential properties and take pride in clean, professional work.
If you like working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a solid crew — we want to talk to you.
💼 Positions Available:
Landscape Crew Members
Mowing, trimming, edging
Mulching, planting, clean-ups
Spring/Fall services
Working with a team daily
Crew Leaders
Lead and manage a crew on-site
Ensure quality and efficiency on jobs
Communicate with management and clients
Train and develop crew members
💰 Pay:
Crew Members: $16–$20/hr (based on experience)
Crew Leaders: $20–$30/hr (based on experience)
Overtime available
FULL COMPANY PAID HEALTHCARE!

Reliable and shows up on time
Strong work ethic (this is physical work)
Positive attitude and team player
Driver’s license preferred (required for Crew Leaders)
Landscape experience is a plus, but we will train the right people
