Are you interested in a Part Time or Full Time position utilizing your thinking and maintenance skills? If so, we would be happy to discuss a job opportunity with you. It involves assisting with maintaining apartments, including but not limited to; preparing for move-ins, writing up walk-thru's after a tenant has moved out, cleaning, helpful if you can paint, fix minor things, do minor plumbing (ie. change a flapper). Minor electrical (i.e. change a ceiling fan) is a huge bonus but not required.

Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable vehicle for transportation to work. It is key to be able to follow instructions and have pride in your work. Honesty and common sense also a must:)

Pay scale based on skillset.

We are a family owned and operated business with several buildings located in the Coventry Village and Cedar Fairmount Historic District of Cleveland Hts. The position is available now.
