Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with after-hours emergency calls required

Yosemite Construction and Management is seeking dedicated and skilled maintenance subcontractors or employees to join our team at an apartment complex. This position offers plenty of work, including consistent work orders and pay per work order.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters.
*Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
*Address damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines.
*Paint the building when the old paint fades or chips.
*Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition.
*Notify management when parts orders are needed for repairs.
*Conduct building and equipment inspections to identify issues.
*Weatherize the building by repairing weather stripping or replacing insulation.
*Update work orders, document services performed, and close requests upon completion.
*Adhere to workplace health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
*Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Must have reliable transportation.
