We’re looking for a solid Maintenance Technician to help keep our commercial properties in good shape. If you’re the type who can figure things out, stay on top of tasks, and get the job done without someone hovering over you, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking care of general repairs across multiple buildings
Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
Handling service requests quickly and efficiently
Prepping units for new tenants (painting, small repairs, cleanups)
Doing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Jumping on urgent fixes when they come up
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in maintenance or a similar hands-on role
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Someone who can work independently and stay organized
Reliable and consistent — shows up and gets it done
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Driver’s license is a plus
