Do you have hands-on experience building or working with hose assemblies or industrial components - and take real pride in producing work that meets spec every time?
Are you the type who reads a work order carefully, double-checks your fittings and dimensions, and catches issues before they become problems downstream?
Do you work well within a team but can also stay focused and productive when you're heads-down on your own build?
Are you looking to grow your skills in a production environment where your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are genuinely valued?
If yes, we invite you to apply for the position of Production Associate at TCH Industries.
How to Apply
Step 1 - Complete our Culture Index work-trait survey (required before your application will be reviewed):
TCH Industries has been a cornerstone in the industrial hose industry since 1983. We manufacture and distribute industrial, hydraulic, and metal hose assemblies and associated components serving customers across manufacturing, construction, automotive, aerospace, and beyond. We are a growing company - expanding through strategic acquisitions and adding capabilities at multiple locations in Northeast Ohio.
Koehler Rubber & Supply Co. (now operating as TCH Koehler LLC, dba Koehler Rubber) brings more than a century of expertise to our combined organization. Founded in 1917, Koehler Rubber has spent over 100 years supplying Ohio and the Midwest with specialty fluid application products. Their team includes certified specialists in hose and fitting assembly specification, lubrication system design, pumping and dispensing systems, spray finishing, and factory-authorized service and repair.
Together, TCH Industries and Koehler Rubber represent more than 140 combined years of industry expertise operating from a consolidated location in Cleveland. We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to be part of a team that takes pride in its work. If you show up, work hard, and want to grow, there is a place for you here.
The Role
The Production Associate role is a step up from general warehouse work. You will be performing more involved hose assembly tasks, reading and interpreting work orders, and ensuring assemblies meet our quality and specification standards. Some prior experience working with or building hose assemblies - or in a hands-on manufacturing environment - is expected.
You will work as part of a production team, contribute to daily build targets, and be expected to apply your experience to produce consistent, high-quality output with less direct supervision than entry-level roles.
