Growing property management company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing and performing maintenance of building mechanical systems
• Supervising grounds and custodial staff
• Coordinating repairs and ensuring properties are maintained in a safe and efficient manner
• Participating in an on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies
This is a full-time position, primarily Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
• Previous maintenance experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits:
• $56,000 annual salary
