We are looking for a skilled, dependable handyman with verifiable experience. This is NOT a job for beginners or anyone looking to “learn on the job.”
🔧 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MUST HAVE)
You must have experience in MOST or ALL of the following:
• Plumbing (basic repairs/installations)
• Electrical (light fixtures, outlets, switches)
• Drywall (patching, hanging, finishing)
• Painting
• Cabinet work / minor carpentry

You must provide clear photos or videos of your past work. If you cannot verify your experience, do not respond.

🚗 TRANSPORTATION & TOOLS
• MUST have your own truck/vehicle
• MUST have your own tools
• NO Uber, Lyft, bus, or rides
• You must be able to travel to multiple jobs daily

• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Jobs vary daily (repairs, turnovers, small renovations)
• No spouses, friends, or children on job sites
• Drug-free only
• No excessive phone use or unnecessary breaks

💰 PAY STRUCTURE (READ CAREFULLY)
• This is NOT W-2
• This is task-based work, not hourly
• Paid at the end of the day
• Completed work = full pay
• Partial work = partial pay
• If you cannot complete the task, you will be asked to leave

If you are assigned to paint a room, that means:
• Nails removed
• Holes patched
• Sanding completed
• Full paint job finished
That is a completed task and how you get paid.
