Were hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Duct Installation Leader to lead commercial and industrial HVAC ductwork installations in the Cleveland area. This is a hands-on role focused on sheet metal duct layout, fabrication, hanging, and sealing. HVAC equipment support is secondary.

Responsibilities:

Lead installation of commercial & industrial sheet metal duct systems
Layout ductwork from blueprints and shop drawings
Fabricate, hang, and seal duct to SMACNA standards
Supervise crews and maintain productivity, safety, and quality
Coordinate materials, manpower, and daily jobsite activities
Support HVAC equipment installation and startup as needed

Requirements:

5+ years commercial/industrial duct installation experience
Experience as a lead installer or foreman
Ability to read blueprints and HVAC drawings
Knowledge of duct hanging, sealing, and insulation
EPA 608 preferred
