It's from the Kohler Tailored Vanities Collection by KOHLER (Model: K-99533-LGR-1WT). This vanity is made in the USA, brand new and has never been installed before. It is a sturdy and very well built wood cabinet with one soft-closing door and three full-extension dovetail drawers on smooth ball-bearing glides with soft-close hardware. Finished with catalyzed conversion varnish for durability and moisture-resistance.
