Crate bass cabinet and speaker. This was a combo amp and speaker. Amp had issues so we pulled out the amp and converted it to a cab. We used it for about a year as a cab for bass and a couple times for acoustic guitar.
The speaker has a very small repair to the paper/cone. It has held up great and sounds as good as it did when new. It's reliable! If you'd like to add another speaker to your rig here's a cost effective cab to boost your sound.
You can bring your head or combo and plug in and try it out.
I'll double check the ohms and wattage tomorrow and post that info soon.
I would think it would cost more than $100 to build a ported cab...add handles..corner protectors...metal protective grill....and glue on the skin...not to mention mounting a speaker.
We were going to sell it for a hundred bucks, but we're struggling musicians too , so we decided to sell it cheap to move it fast and help out another musician.
