Ideal candidate will have a solid 5 years of administrative support experience. Meet and greet visitors, answer and direct calls to appropriate employees, inventory office and kitchen supplies. Make USA and international travel arrangements, coordinate offsite meetings, (catering, hotel, binders etc.) Must be proficient with MSW, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
