Boutique executive search firm in Cleveland (east side) seeks Recruiting Coordinator to report to the CEO and manage a wide range of business development support and administrative activities, as well as support our documents team with report generation. This individual will be responsible for calendar management, travel arrangements, database entry, answering phones, executive correspondence, and maintaining office equipment/supplies. Additionally, he/she will work on special projects such as special events and marketing. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well-organized, flexible, and enjoys the challenges of supporting a small office, working collaboratively with a cohesive team.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience in professional services or legal industries preferred. This individual will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong editing and proofreading skills and proficiency in all aspects of MS Office, including PowerPoint. He/She must be friendly/customer service-oriented and able to handle information with the utmost confidentiality.
