The Customer Service Representative supports the office with day to day operations and represents the office in a professional manner, answering questions and problem solving with customers. The daily tasks will vary from answering inbound calls from customers and data entry/processing/billing/collections.
o Answers office phone and answers customer questions regarding services, billing and general inquiries/issues.
o Describes company's programs and services to potential customers and completes the sale.
o Inputs data to generate estimates and explains the pricing of our programs. This will include coordinating a mailing on a daily
o Mails statements on a weekly basis and make collection calls (some evenings are required) throughout the year
o Efficiently and correctly process daily field and office paperwork as data entry in computer system
o Strong phone and communication skills
o Able to learn a new computer program
o Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions quickly and efficiently
o Excellent customer service skills.
o Must represent the company in a professional and courteous manner
o Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and adapt to situations in a fast paced environment
