I’m looking for a reliable on-call showing agent to open properties for prospective tenants across Northeast Ohio. This is task-based, flexible work, not a full-time position.
Typical assignments include:
• Opening a property for a scheduled showing
• Walking prospective tenants through the unit
• Locking up and securing the property afterward
• Providing brief feedback after the showing
• Occasionally coordinating access with a tenant or contractor
Most showings are straightforward and already scheduled. You are not responsible for pricing, negotiation, or follow-up.
Current and future properties are primarily in Cleveland, Akron, Lorain, and Canton.
Pay: $25/showing
Schedule: As-needed; some weeks may have no showings
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Professional demeanor on-site
• Ability to arrive on time and follow access instructions
• Smartphone for basic communication and updates
• Real estate license is helpful but not required (depending on showing type)
