I am looking for a career change after 12 years of being in the auto industry. I have no experience in building maintenance as a job but have done some maintenance and repairs of my own. I believe my automotive skills may be tranferable as well, I have tools. I am also willing to go to a trade school as i am looking for this to be my new career.
