Small family owned indoor salvage yard is accepting resumes for a full-time day position (M-F 9am-5:30pm). Position we are hiring for will be in charge of dismantling vehicles, separating engines and transmissions, general shop maintenance. This is is a shop/automotive/warehouse environment and everyone is trained to do everything. This position has a lot of growth potential for the right person.
Very clean and organized indoor operation. (not a typical salvage yard environment)Qualified applicant must be a quick learner, hard worker, and have good mechanical ability. Not looking for a technician, but must be good with air tools and have mechanical ability. Prefer someone that has pulled engines and car interiors apart in the past. We will supply all tools. $15 per hour to start
Any candidate must pass initial and random drug testing. We do run back round checks and call references. Looking for someone to be with our company for a long time.
