About the building: 5 minute walk to Phoenix Coffee, Koko Bakery, Marc's Grocery, Coventry Public Library branch, Tommy's, Blick Art Supply, etc. 15 minute walk to famous Lakeview Cemetery. The apartment building features free off street parking as well as covered parking in a detached garage for a fee of $55 per month. There are on-site laundry machines in the basement that were recently upgraded and now operate by card payments. There is a large side-yard for tenants use -- those of us with dogs appreciate it very much and take care to keep it clean for everyone. Landlords provide access to a nearby UPS box on Case Western campus for shipment of any packages though most neighbors will tuck packages safely inside the locked hallway on their way through the front lobby and stolen packages are not a frequent issue.
About the apartment: The apartment is 2 bedrooms separated by a shared bathroom. There is a large furnished kitchen and dining room as well as a partially furnished living room. The rooms are decently sized and the closets provide good storage space. The apartment is heated by radiators in the winter and there is no AC so in the summer you might want to have a window unit but the ceiling fans do provide good airflow. The lease is up in April/May 2026 with the option to renew if it's a good match.
