Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools including saws, drills, and other equipment.
- Assist carpenters and other tradespeople on-site with various tasks. i.e. (door hanging, plastering, caulking, and other remodeling duties as needed.)
- Restore structures to their original condition or make necessary repairs.
- Listen to the lead carpenter & be willing to learn.
Skills:
- Experience in construction or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to operate equipment following appropriate safety guidelines.
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and general construction techniques preferred.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
