I am working on getting a house out of condemnation status. The city of Cleveland is asking for us to provide basic drawings of the house showing accurate measurements of walls, where windows and doors are, location of outlets and switches, smoke detectors, CO’s, etc. Nothing too fancy or highly technical. And the below information needed:
-Site plan of the property
-Floor plans or sketches of all floors
-Photographs of all exterior elevations
-Photographs of accessory structures and yards
-Photographs of the interior conditions for all rooms
-Photographs of the mechanical systems:
-Electric Panel
-HVAC system
-Water heating equipment
-Gas distribution
-Water meter
