I am looking for two people to do some work for me over the next few months or year. We have multiple homes that are being rehabbed but need some help doing the final things to get the house ready. Job breakdown are things such as;

50 percent indoor painting
25 percent odd jobs such as measuring/hanging blinds, installing light fixtures, outlets, and other small jobs
25 percent outdoor planting and basic landscaping

No hard labor and I am happy to teach what you don't know how to do, mostly just odd jobs with a flexible schedule.

Need someone who can start immediately. 10-30 hrs per week
Pay is 17-20 dollars per hour.

Must have reliable transportation and have good communication
