We are actively looking for a skilled, self-sufficient 3–5 man construction crew for ongoing residential and commercial projects throughout Northeast Ohio.
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
REQUIRED:
✔ Established 3–5 man crew
✔ Reliable work vehicle(s)
* Crew must have a dependable truck, van, or trailer setup.
* If your primary vehicle has more than 100,000 miles AND/OR is more than 8 years old, you must have a second backup vehicle available.
✔ Must be proficient in a wide variety of construction trades, including but not limited to:
* Carpentry
* Remodeling
* Drywall
* Flooring
* Tile
* Doors & Windows
* Decks & Porches
* Siding
* Masonry repairs
* General construction and repair work
✔ Must have your own ladders, tools, and equipment necessary to complete jobs professionally.
✔ Must be able to solve problems and work independently without constant supervision.
✔ Must show up on time and communicate professionally.
✔ No bad attitudes.
✔ No excuses.
✔ No drama.
✔ Must be ready to start immediately.
✔ Must carry your own Commercial General Liability Insurance.
✔ Must have a bank account capable of receiving direct deposit payments.
