We are looking for qualified applicants with at least 4 years of verified carpentry experience. Professional carpentry experience appears on your resume.
The majority of carpentry repairs are as follows:
- Cedar shake replacement.
- Window frame replacements.
- Window sill replacements.
- Deck repairs.
- Gutter repairs and replacement.
- Siding repairs.
- Trim replacement.
- General rough carpentry work.
- Outdoor carpentry is roughly 90% of the job position.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid drivers license.
4 Years of Verified carpentry experience (this experience appears on your resume)
Own your own vehicle to get to and from job sites
Able to climb and work off ladders up to 32' tall
Ability to work alone or with a team
Positive attitude and team player mentality
Be a nice person!
HAVE INTEGRITY: -noun: the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles
Work on your feet for extended periods of time
Climb ladders of all heights and work comfortably. Work on roofs of varying slopes.
Lift at least 50lbs
Strong work ethic and ability to move with purpose
Clean and neat appearance
Conduct oneself in a workmanlike manner
Available for work from 7am to 5pm depending on weather and project
Availability to work Saturday as needed
Smartphone Required to clock in and out.
