Pay Rate:
Day Shift: $17/hr. (No shift differential)
Other Shifts: $17/hr. + $1.25 shift differential
Shift Availability:
Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Monday – Friday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Monday - Thursday 3:30pm- 1:30am
Day Shift: Monday – Friday, (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM)
Job Overview:
Seeking detail-oriented assemblers to work in a controlled manufacturing environment producing FDA-regulated medical devices. Role involves small parts assembly using hand tools and following strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform small parts assembly (gluing, coiling, welding, etc.)
Use hand tools and pneumatic equipment
Inspect components for quality
Follow SOPs and maintain documentation
Support lean manufacturing and safety practices
Qualifications:
Experience with small parts / detailed assembly
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
