This is the OEM Special Edition GameCube Controller in black, very lightly used. Originally was shipped with the promo Wii U Smash 4 bundle.
Included is the Mayflash Adapter with 4 controller ports. It has has a physical switch to change to either Wii U or PC mode.
I personally used it to play Dolphin Emulator and Melee online ladder using Slippy. It works natively and auto maps to Dolphin emulator, Steam, and RetroArch.
